Electrically Conductive Epoxy Adhesive - RT183
A room temperature curing, medium viscosity, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. The material has been formulated to allow packaging with a 1.1 volume in duo-syringe and can be dispensed through mixing nozzles. This avoids the uncertainty and waste of two part systems packaged separately. The adhesive has been developed to meet the requirements for shield and connector termination for EMC applications. The adhesive has a density of 2.5 giving a volume of 20ml per 50g duo-syringe, making the adhesive very economical to use.
RT183 is available in 25ml duo-syringes that contain 50g of adhesive. Ask for part number RT183DS050. The duo-syringe contains the resin and hardener side by side in a cartridge. The two sides are discharged simultaneously through a low volume nozzle (0.20cc retained) of 1.0mm tip.
